OG Nation Rewards, Terms of Use

 

Acceptance of terms
By enrolling in or using the OG Nation Rewards loyalty program “Program” you agree to these Terms of Use “Terms”. If you do not agree, you may not participate. OG Nation may update these Terms at any time, and continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility and account creation

  1. Program participation is only for natural persons who are at least 21 years of age or otherwise of legal age to purchase cannabis in the relevant jurisdiction and who meet all legal requirements.

  2. A valid government issued ID is required at enrollment and at each purchase.

  3. Membership is limited to one account per person, tied to legal name, phone number, and email. Multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.

  4. OG Nation may refuse membership or close an account for any lawful reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Enrollment and 150 point sign up bonus

  1. A customer becomes a Member when they enroll in OG Nation Rewards in store or through approved OG Nation digital channels.

  2. On successful enrollment, each new Member receives a one time welcome bonus of 150 points added to their account balance. The welcome bonus is limited to one per person and cannot be earned again through additional or duplicate accounts.

  3. OG Nation may change or discontinue the welcome bonus, including the amount or eligibility requirements, on a prospective basis at any time.

Earning points

  1. Points are earned on the pre tax subtotal of eligible products purchased at participating OG Nation locations or through approved OG Nation ordering channels. Taxes, fees, tips, and similar charges do not earn points.

  2. Points are earned on all products except where prohibited or restricted by law or store policy.

  3. To earn points, the member must identify their OG Nation Rewards account at the time of purchase, for example via registered phone number, app profile, or loyalty ID. Points are not guaranteed on past purchases or transactions that were not linked to the account at the time of sale.

  4. Base accrual and tier accrual rates, including any minimums or caps, are defined in Program materials and may be modified prospectively by OG Nation at any time.

  5. OG Nation may offer promotional earning opportunities, including but not limited to Double Points events or app specific multipliers. Each promotion may be subject to additional terms and may be limited by time, product, tier, or location.

Redeeming points

  1. Points may be redeemed only for rewards available in the Program, such as discounts on qualifying purchases or designated reward items, as described in Program materials at the time of redemption.

  2. Unless OG Nation specifies otherwise, 400 points may be redeemed for a 10 dollar discount on eligible purchases. OG Nation may change the number of points required for any reward or the value of rewards prospectively at any time.

  3. Points and rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or gift cards.

  4. Certain rewards, discounts, or redemptions may not be available on specific products or categories where restricted by law or store policy.

Expiration and inactivity

  1. When points are redeemed into a discount, that discount will have an expiration period, for example 30 days, which will be communicated at the time of issuance. Once expired, discounts cannot be reissued or reinstated.

  2. Points expire after 30 consecutive days of inactivity on the member’s account. Inactivity means that no qualifying earning or redemption transaction has occurred in the Program during that 30 day period. After 30 days of inactivity, some or all accumulated points may be forfeited in accordance with Program rules and applicable law.

Returns, cancellations, and adjustments

  1. If a purchase that generated points is returned, cancelled, or refunded, OG Nation may deduct the corresponding points from the member’s balance, even if this results in a negative point balance.

  2. OG Nation may correct any points or rewards that were incorrectly credited or debited due to system error, human error, or other malfunction.

Non transferability

  1. Points, rewards, tiers, and Program benefits are personal to the individual member. They may not be sold, traded, gifted, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person or account, except where OG Nation expressly allows transfer in writing.

  2. Any attempt to buy, sell, or transfer points, rewards, or benefits is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all accumulated points and rewards.

Prohibited conduct and abuse

  1. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to Creating, or attempting to create, more than one OG Nation Rewards account per person.

  2. Providing false or misleading information, or using another person’s identity, to enroll or earn points.

  3. Exploiting promotions, multipliers, or sign up bonuses through fake, duplicate, or coordinated accounts.

  4. Manipulating purchases, returns, or cancellations in order to generate points without genuine net spend.

  5. Attempting to tamper with, hack, or otherwise interfere with the systems that track or manage the Program, including the app, website, or point of sale.

Where permitted by law, OG Nation may

  1. Suspend or terminate any account suspected of engaging in or benefiting from fraudulent or abusive activity.

  2. Void some or all accumulated points and rewards associated with such activity.

  3. Decline to honor any reward, discount, or redemption that appears to result from error, fraud, or abuse.

  4. Pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity.

Program changes and termination

  1. OG Nation may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time on a prospective basis. This includes but is not limited to changes to eligibility, accrual rates, tiers, redemption values, expiration rules, and benefits, subject to applicable law.

  2. Where required, OG Nation will provide notice of material changes or termination through reasonable methods, such as website updates, app notifications, email, or in store notices.

  3. If the Program is terminated, OG Nation will communicate any final redemption period or treatment of unredeemed points consistent with legal requirements. After such period, any remaining points may be forfeited.

Limitation of liability

  1. OG Nation is not responsible for unauthorized access to or use of a member’s account arising from the member’s failure to safeguard login details, devices, or other access credentials, except where prohibited by law.

  2. OG Nation is not liable for technical issues, network failures, system outages, or other events beyond its reasonable control that may temporarily prevent earning, updating, or redeeming points or rewards, although OG Nation will make reasonable efforts to correct verified errors.

  3. To the maximum extent allowed by law, any liability related to the Program is limited to the value of unredeemed points properly recorded in the member’s account at the time of a confirmed claim.

Compliance with law

  1. The Program is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable cannabis, marketing, promotional, and consumer protection regulations in the state and locality where OG Nation operates.

  2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
