OG Nation Referral Program, Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms
By participating in the OG Nation Referral Program “Program” you agree to these Terms of Use “Terms”. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program. OG Nation may update these Terms at any time, and continued participation after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility
Referral Program participation is only for natural persons who are at least 21 years of age or otherwise of legal age to purchase cannabis in the relevant jurisdiction and who meet all legal requirements. A valid government issued ID is required at enrollment and at each purchase. Participation in the Referral Program also requires enrollment in, and good standing with, the OG Nation Rewards loyalty program.

Program overview
The Program allows existing OG Nation Rewards members “Referrers” to earn points for referring new customers “Friends” to OG Nation, and allows Friends to receive bonus points when they join and make a qualifying purchase. Points earned through the Program are subject to the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use, including how points are valued, redeemed, and managed. The specific referral rewards, friend rewards, and any minimum purchase requirements are defined in Program materials and may be modified prospectively by OG Nation at any time.

Enrollment in the Referral Program
A Referrer participates in the Program when they enroll through approved OG Nation channels, such as in store sign up, loyalty enrollment, or designated digital tools. OG Nation may limit availability of the Program by location, channel, or time period. Participation is personal to the enrolled member and may be refused or revoked by OG Nation for any lawful reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use.

Referrer reward
A Referrer may earn points when a Friend uses the Referrer’s unique referral method, enrolls in OG Nation Rewards, and completes a qualifying purchase that meets any stated minimum spend requirement. The standard referrer reward is 300 points per qualifying referral, or as otherwise stated in current Program materials. The referrer reward has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and can only be used as loyalty points within OG Nation Rewards, in accordance with the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use. OG Nation may set limits on the number of referrals or total referrer rewards a member can earn within a given period.

Friend reward
A Friend who enrolls in OG Nation Rewards through a valid referral and makes a qualifying purchase may receive a Friend reward in the form of bonus points added to their loyalty account. The standard Friend reward is 150 points per successful enrollment and qualifying purchase, or as otherwise stated in Program materials. Friend rewards may be provided in addition to any other new customer offers that OG Nation chooses to provide, but all points and discounts are subject to applicable law and store policy. Friend rewards have no cash value and are governed by the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use.

Points posting and expiration
Referral points for both Referrers and Friends will generally be credited to the applicable loyalty account after the qualifying purchase is completed and verified, subject to system processing times. Points earned through the Program may be subject to expiration rules as described in the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use. If OG Nation specifies an additional expiration period for referral related points, it will be stated in Program materials.

Qualifying referrals and minimum spend
A referral is considered qualifying only when all of the following are met. The Friend is a new customer who has not previously enrolled in OG Nation Rewards under the same legal name, phone number, email, or other identifying information. The Friend enrolls using the Referrer’s designated referral method, such as a link or code, as required by OG Nation systems. The Friend completes a purchase that meets or exceeds the stated minimum spend, a 20 dollar pre tax minimum, on eligible products at a participating OG Nation location or approved ordering channel. Taxes, fees, tips, and similar charges do not count toward the minimum spend requirement. OG Nation may exclude certain products or categories from qualifying purchases where restricted by law or store policy.

Non qualifying referrals
The following are examples of referrals that may not qualify for rewards. Self referrals, where the Referrer and Friend are the same person or share the same underlying identity or account information. Referrals involving duplicate, fake, or misleading accounts, including multiple accounts using different emails or phone numbers for the same person. Referrals tied to purchases that are later cancelled, refunded, or voided. Any referral that OG Nation reasonably believes was generated through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use.

Returns, cancellations, and adjustments
If a transaction that generated referral points is returned, cancelled, or refunded in whole or in part, OG Nation may deduct the corresponding points from the Referrer’s and or Friend’s account, even if this results in a negative point balance. OG Nation may correct any referral points that were incorrectly credited or debited due to system error, human error, or other malfunction.

Non transferability
Referral rewards, Friend rewards, and any other benefits under the Program are personal to the individual member and may not be sold, traded, gifted, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person or account, except where OG Nation expressly allows transfer in writing. Any attempt to buy, sell, or transfer referral points or benefits is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of participation in the Program and forfeiture of all accumulated referral rewards.

Prohibited conduct and abuse
Prohibited conduct under the Program includes, but is not limited to, creating or attempting to create more than one OG Nation Rewards account per person to generate additional referrals. Providing false or misleading information, or using another person’s identity, to enroll as a Referrer or Friend. Coordinating fake or circular referrals where no genuine new customer relationship or qualifying spend occurs. Manipulating purchases, returns, or cancellations in order to generate referral rewards without genuine net spend. Attempting to tamper with, hack, or otherwise interfere with the systems that track or manage referrals, including any apps, websites, or point of sale systems. Where permitted by law, OG Nation may suspend or terminate any account suspected of engaging in or benefiting from fraudulent or abusive activity, void some or all referral points and associated rewards, decline to honor any reward that appears to result from error, fraud, or abuse, and pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity.

Program changes and termination
OG Nation may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time on a prospective basis. This includes but is not limited to changes to eligibility, reward amounts, minimum spend requirements, referral methods, and expiration rules, subject to applicable law. Where required, OG Nation will provide notice of material changes or termination through reasonable methods, such as website updates, app notifications, email, or in store notices. If the Program is terminated, OG Nation will communicate any final treatment of unredeemed referral rewards consistent with legal requirements. After any stated final period, remaining unredeemed referral rewards may be forfeited.

Relationship to OG Nation Rewards
All points earned through the Program are OG Nation Rewards points and are governed by the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use, including how points are earned, redeemed, expired, and valued. In the event of any conflict between these Referral Program Terms and the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use regarding the general operation of loyalty points, the OG Nation Rewards Terms of Use will control, except where OG Nation clearly states a different rule for referral specific rewards.

Limitation of liability
OG Nation is not responsible for unauthorized access to or use of a member’s referral or loyalty account arising from the member’s failure to safeguard devices, login details, or other access credentials, except where prohibited by law. OG Nation is not liable for technical issues, network failures, system outages, or other events beyond its reasonable control that may temporarily prevent tracking, earning, or applying referral rewards, although OG Nation may make reasonable efforts to correct verified errors. To the maximum extent allowed by law, any liability related to the Program is limited to the value of unredeemed referral points properly recorded in the member’s account at the time of a confirmed claim.

Compliance with law
The Program is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable cannabis, marketing, promotional, and consumer protection regulations in the state and locality where OG Nation operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
